My name is Susan Caron. I have been an artist for 20 years. I originally started drawing detailed pencil sketches of architectural homes and buildings. Over the years my style and subject matter has changed. I now paint mainly in acrylics and my subject matter ranges from funky abstract patterns to contemporaryJazz Art. My work hangs in homes and businesses across North America. I have participated in and donated my art to a number of charitable events. I feel it is very important to give back to the community as much as possible.

In 2003 I suffered a major work place accident and lost the use of my dominate hand. After three years of intense labor I was able to teach myself to paint with the other hand. I actually found another part of myself that hadn't yet been explored and it’s exciting to be able to share my art with others once again. My Jazz Art series reflects this renewed passion.
